Set the print password for Line 1 or Line 2.

File

You can set the number of days to keep the files saved in the shared folder of this MFP.

E-mail

You can make settings for sending e-mail.

Internet Fax

You can make settings for internet fax transmission.

Security

Certificate Management

You can import device certificates and CA certificates, or export device certificates.

Secure PDF

User Password

You can enter the password to open a secure PDF file.

Use Authentication Code as Password

[Enable]: The user name for user authentication is used as password

[Disable]: The password entered in [User Password] is used instead of the user name for user authentication.

Master Password

You can enter the password required to change the security setting of a secure PDF file.

Encryption Level

[128bit AES]: Encryption level compatible with Acrobat 7.0, PDF V1.6.

[128bit RC4]: Encryption level compatible with Acrobat 5.0, PDF V1.4.

[40bit RC4]: Encryption level compatible with Acrobat 3.0, PDF V1.1.

Forced Encryption

[Enable]: Only secure PDF files are allowed as output of scanned data.

[Disable]: File formats other than secure PDF file (such as JPEG and TIFF) are allowed.

Authority

[Print]: Printing is allowed.

[Change]: Changing the document is allowed.

[Extract]: Copying and extracting contents are allowed.

[Accessibility]: Content extraction for accessibility is allowed.

Integrity Check

[Minimum]: The execution code to run the security function and the data to which the security execution code

refers are checked.

[Full]: All execution codes and the data to which the security execution code refers are checked.

List/Report

Journal

[Auto]: You can set whether the transmission and reception journals are automatically printed.

[Tx Journal]: Select the number of transmissions to be printed in the transmission journal.

[Rx Journal]: Select the number of transmissions to be printed in the reception journal.

Comm. Report

Specify the condition for each transmission type.

[Off]: The communication report is not printed.

[Always]: The communication report is always printed.

[On Error]: The communication report is printed when error occurs.

Reception List

[Relay Station]: You can set whether to print the reception list when a relay transmission has been received from an

originator.

i have Toshiba e-studio 7506ac Printer, this one year old, now we are do the print, but there are some line coming & yellow color extra coming on the center of the page , so how can solve , can i open the units , How can please ?
