Opmerking: je voortgang ten opzichte van je dagelijkse doel wordt elke dag om middernacht
opnieuw ingesteld.
Je aantal verbrande calorieën bekijken in de MySports mobiele app
1. Tik in het scherm ACTIVITEITEN op Vandaag.
2. Swipe onder de datum naar links.
3. Tik op Energie.
Je kunt ook je aantal verbrande calorieën over een week, maand of jaar bekijken.
Je aantal verbrande calorieën op de MySports website bekijken
1. Ga naar mysports.tomtom.com/app/progress.
2. Klik op Alle sporten en selecteer Activity tracking.
3. Klik op Alle en selecteer Dag.
4. Selecteer onder aan de pagina Energie.
Je kunt ook je aantal verbrande calorieën over een week, maand of jaar bekijken.
Je actieve tijd bijhouden
Tip: tijd wordt aangemerkt als 'actief' wanneer je stapsnelheid of beweging langer dan 10
seconden boven een bepaalde drempelwaarde blijft.
1. Druk op de knop om je TomTom Touch te activeren.
2. Swipe in het klokscherm drie keer omhoog totdat je het tijdpictogram ziet.
