Bekijk je hartslag op de MySports-website
1. Ga naar mysports.tomtom.com/app/progress.
2. Klik op Alle sporten en selecteer Activity tracking.
3. Klik op Alle en selecteer Dag.
4. Selecteer onder aan de pagina Gemiddelde hartslag in rust.
Als je je hartslag voor een dag bekijkt, zie je de waarden van je hartslag in rust en de
gemiddelde hartslag in rust berekend aan de hand van die metingen. Je kunt je hartslag in rust
ook over een week, maand of jaar bekijken.
Je stappen bijhouden
Stappen worden geschat op basis van polsbewegingen en er wordt automatisch een standaarddoel
van 10.000 stappen per dag voor je ingesteld.
Tip: stappen tijdens work-outs zijn opgenomen in de algehele activity tracking meetwaarden.
1. Druk op de knop om je TomTom Touch te activeren.
2. Swipe in het klokscherm drie keer omhoog totdat je het stappenpictogram ziet.
