Je afstand bekijken in de MySports mobiele app
1. Tik in het scherm ACTIVITEITEN op Vandaag.
2. Swipe onder de datum naar links.
3. Tik op Afstand.
Je kunt je afstand ook over een week, maand of jaar bekijken.
Je afstand op de MySports website bekijken
1. Ga naar mysports.tomtom.com/app/progress.
2. Klik op Alle sporten en selecteer Activity tracking.
3. Klik op Alle en selecteer Dag.
4. Selecteer onder aan de pagina Afstand.
Je kunt je actieve tijd ook over een week, maand of jaar bekijken.
Bijhouden hoeveel je slaapt
Info over slaaptracking
Je kunt met je TomTom Touch bijhouden hoeveel je slaapt. Je kunt onder andere het volgende
doen:
Bijhouden hoelang je elke dag, elke week, elke maand of elk jaar slaapt.
De meetwaarden van je slaap uploaden naar de website TomTom MySports en de TomTom
MySports mobiele app.
Je fitnesstracker meet slaap aan de hand van bewegingen; we nemen aan dat je slaapt als je, op
een bepaald punt na de middag, niet meer beweegt.
