Jedes Mal, wenn Sie 500 Fitnesspunkte erreichen, erhalten Sie ein Sternchen. Sammeln Sie drei
Sterne in einen Zeitraum von sieben Tagen, um Ihr Fitnessalter zu verbessern. Wenn Sie mehr als
1500 Fitnesspunkte an einem Tag verdient und den Overdrive-Bereich erreicht haben, sollten Sie
den nächsten Tag ruhig angehen lassen und Ihrem Körper etwas Erholung gönnen.
