Jeff läuft nur einmal am Wochenende und trainiert sonst nicht.
Julie läuft häufig. Sie läuft jeden Morgen, und das seit sechs Monaten.
Wenn Jeff drei Kilometer läuft, verdient er 500 Punkte und erreicht eine Verbesserung auf der
Punkteskala.
Wenn Julie sechs Kilometer läuft, verdient sie ebenfalls 500 Punkte und erreicht eine Steigerung
auf der Punkteskala.
Da Julie derzeit fitter ist als Jeff, muss sie sich mehr anstrengen, um Punkte zu sammeln. Julie
muss mehr oder schneller laufen als Jeff, um die gleiche Menge an Fitnesspunkte zu erhalten.
Für schnelles Laufen oder intensives Training erhält man mehr Punkte als für Gehen oder weniger
intensives Training. Mit etwas mehr Aufwand jeden Tag (z. B. ein wenig schneller oder öfter pro
Woche laufen) könnte Jeff schneller eine erhebliche Verbesserung seiner Ausdauer und seines
Fitnessalters erreichen.
