Gemengde wokgroentes
Voor 4 personen
200 g paprika
1 kleine courgette
1 wortel
100 g broccoli
100 g peultjes
150 g verse champignons
4 lente-uitjes
100 g verse kiemgroente
4 teentjes knoflook
6 eetlepels olie
2 eetlepels vissaus
2 eetlepels sojasaus
2 eetlepels oestersaus

Voorbereiding
Halveer de paprika’s, verwijder de steeltjes en de binnenkanten, was ze dan en snij ze in stukken.
Was de courgette en snijd hem in ongeveer 5 cm grote stukken. Snij dan beide met snijhulpstuk
3. Schil de wortel, snij hem eerst in ongeveer 3 cm grote stukken en snij hem dan in reepjes met
snijhulpstuk 1 door ze rechtop te zetten. Was de broccoli en pluk de rozen eraf. Was en halveer de
peultjes. Was de champignons en de lente-uitjes en snij ze in schijes met snijhulpstuk 4. Sorteer de
kiemgroente, was ze onder stromend water en droog ze goed. Schil de knoflook, snij de uiteinden
eraf, halveer ze in de lengte en snij ze fijn met snijhulpstuk 1. Verwarm de olie in een wok en sauteer
de knoflook. Voeg de paprika, de courgette, de wortel, de broccoli, de peultjes en de champignons
toe en kook het geheel 2 minuten al roerend op hoog vuur. Voeg de vissaus, de sojasaus en de oes-
tersaus toe en roer goed. Roer dan de lente-uitjes en de kiemgroente erin en breng de groentes op
smaak met peper. Onmiddellijk serveren.
Tip
Deze schotel smaakt heerlijk en ziet er decoratief uit met verse radijs. Ze hebben een prachtige felle
roze kleur en ze voegen ook wat pittigheid toe aan het geheel.
