Setting up the grill

Attention Risk of damage!

During use, the screws can

loosen slowly and impair the

grill‘s stability.

– Check that all screws are tightened be-

fore use. If necessary, tighten all screws

to guarantee stability.

– When using the grill, please protect the

floor and surrounding walls from possi-

ble soiling e.g. through fat splashes.

• Before use, place the BBQ on an even,

sturdy surface outdoors.

Before grilling

• Rinse the BBQ grate with clear water.

Thoroughly dry the grate and then rein-

stall it on the barbecue.

• Conditioning before first use

Before you use the grill for the first

time, it needs to be conditioned for at

least 30 minutes at a temperature of

100° - 200° C.

This is necessary to prepare the in-

side of the grill.

Operation

Danger Risk of burning!

The grill, the charcoal and BBQ

meat become very hot during

use. Any contact can result in

serious burns.

– Keep away from hot parts as any con-

tact can cause severe burns.

– Always wear oven or BBQ gloves when

grilling. (Glove Category II with regard

to heat protection, e.g. DIN-EN 407.

Glove must match the PSA regulation.)

5. Fasten the storage grille and

wheels

First, insert the storage grille (12) into

the holes on the round ends of the long

support legs (11a). Then, insert the

other ends of the storage grille into the

holes of the short support legs (11b).

Attach the wheels (5) on both sides

and fasten with M6 nuts (E).

6. Fasten the ash vent (13)

Attach the ash vent (13) to the under

side of the fire bowl (8). Use bolt (A)

and nut (B) to secure in place.

7. Fasten the ash collecting tray

Align the holes of the ash collecting

tray (10) over the support legs. Turn

the ash collecting tray so that it locks

in place. Now, tighten the screws of

the support legs.

8. Fasten the handle on the lid

Fasten the handle (1a) outside and the

lid hook (4) inside the lid with spacers

(G) and M6 nuts (F). Ensure that the

handle has straight ends.

9. Install the ventilation disc (2)

Fasten the ventilation disc (2) to the lid

(3) with an M5x10 screw (A) and an M5

nut (B).

10. Insert the charcoal grate and at-

tach the BBQ grate

Place the charcoal grate (7) in the

middle of the fire bowl (8). Place the

BBQ grate (6) on the fire bowl.

11. The BBQ has been completely

assembled.

Disassemble the BBQ in the reverse

order.
