Halogen Oven Recepten Tel Sell

HOOFDGERECHTEN:
Chili con Carne: (6-8 porties)
Voorbereidingstijd: 10 minuten
Bereidingstijd: 20-25 minuten
Ingrediënten:
4 vleesburgers
2 blikken (elk 400 gr) gepureerde tomaten
1 kleine ui, gesnipperd
1 blik (225 gr) rode kidney bonen
60 gr vetloze geraspte cheddar kaas
komijn, chilipoeder
uipoeder
zout en peper
Bereiding:
1. Laat diepvriesburgers eerst ontdooien voor gebruik. Snijd ze dan in blokjes van ongeveer ½
cm.
2. Spuit antiaanbak spray of plantaardige olie in de glazen ovenschaal. Doe de vleesblokjes en
de uisnippers in de schaal en bak 5-8 minuten op 400 °C.
3. Voeg de tomaat toe, roer de bonen er door, kruid naar smaak met komijn, zout en peper,
chilipoeder en uipoeder en bak nogmaals 5-8 minuten op 330 °C.
4. Temper tot 120 °C en laat nog 10 minuten sudderen.
Gegrilde entrecote: (4 porties)
Voorbereidingstijd: 1 minuut
Bereidingstijd:
Rood: 8-10 minuten
Medium: 10-12 minuten
Doorbakken: 12-14 minuten
Ingrediënten:
1 entrecote van ± 5 cm dik of 2 stuks van ± 2½ cm dik
2 teentjes knoflook, schoongemaakt en gekneusd
zout en peper naar smaak
Bereiding:
1. Wrijf beide zijden van de entrecote in met knoflook. Bestrooi met peper en zout en zet apart.
2. Gebruik het hoge draadrek zodat de entrecote bovenin de glazen schaal van de oven
geplaatst wordt. Stel de temperatuur in op 240 °C en leg het vlees op het draadrek. Gril het
vlees minstens 8 minuten tot de gewenste gaarheid.
