Halogen Oven Recepten Tel Sell

Cottage Pie: (6 porties)
Voorbereidingstijd: 25 minuten
Bereidingstijd: 1 uur en 40 minuten
Ingrediënten:
Voor het vlees:
3 eetlepels olijfolie
1 flinke ui, gesnipperd
2 stengels bleekselderie, fijngesneden
2 wortelen, in blokjes
3 teentjes knoflook, fijn gesneden
675 gr gemalen rundvlees
1 eetlepel tomatenpuree
3-4 druppels Worchestershire sauce
3-4 druppels Tabasco
175 ml droge witte of rode wijn
300 ml runder- of kippenbouillon
zout en versgemalen peper
Voor de afdeklaag:
1,4 kg aardappelen
50 ml melk
2 eetlepels geraspte belegen cheddar kaas
1 eetlepel fijngerapste parmezaanse kaas
Bereiding:
1. Verwarm de oven voor op 180 °C.
2. Verhit de olie in een grote koekenpan en doe er de ui, bleekselderie en wortel in en roerbak
ze zacht zonder bruin te worden.
3. Voeg na zo’n 5 minuten de knoflook toe, temper de hittebron en laat alles zacht worden.
4. Verhoog nu de temperatuur weer en voeg het rundvlees toe en laat lichtbruin worden.
5. Roer er dan de tomatenpuree door, evenals de Worchestershiresaus, Tabasco, wijn en peper
en zout. Doe een deksel op de pan en laat 10 minuten zachtjes sudderen.
6. Kook de aardappelen gaar en maak er een gladde, romige puree van met behulp van de
melk.
7. Doe het vlees in een gratineerschaal en bedek het met een dikke laag aardappelpuree.
8. Strooi er de geraspte kaas over en bak het geheel in 35 minuten bij 180 °C totdat de toplaag
goudbruin is en er belletjes in de vleesmassa ontstaan. Serveer met groenten van het seizoen.
