Gebakken lamsbout met munt: (8 porties)
Voorbereidingstijd: 10 minuten
Bereidingstijd:
Rood: 25 minuten per 450 gr
Medium: 30 minuten per 450 gr
Doorbakken: 35 minuten per 450 gr
Ingrediënten:
1 lamsbout
2 teentjes knoflook, schoongemaakt en gekneusd
1 eetlepel verse rozemarijn, gehakt
muntblaadjes
zout en peper naar smaak
Bereiding:
1. Snijd alle overtollig vet van de lamsbout en wrijf de bout in met de knoflook. Kruid de bout
vervolgens met de rozemarijn, de gehakte muntblaadjes, zout en peper.
2. Plaats het hoge draadrek in de glazen overschaal en leg de lamsbout daarop. Rooster de bout
gedurende 25-30 minute op 200 °C. Rol de bout vervolgens in aluminiumfolie en rooster tot
de gewenste gaarheid is bereikt.

Voorbereidingstijd: 10 minuten
Bereidingstijd: 12-15 minuten
Ingrediënten:
4 eieren
8 plakjes bacon
4 sneetjes brood
tomaten
rösti
olijfolie
Bereiding:
1. Stel de temperatuur in op 175 °C. Plaats het draakrek in de glazen ovenschaal. Leg hier de
plakjes bacon op.
2. Bak de bacon uit in 6 minuten en plaats vervolgens het hoge rek in de oven.
3. Zorg ervoor dat de eierschalen geheel intact zijn. Plaats de eieren op het hoge rek en kook ze
in 6 minuten om zacht gekookt te worden en voeg daar nog 4 minuten aan toe wanneer u de
eieren liever hardgekookt hebt.

Toast de sneetjes brood op het hoge rek, gedurende 1 minuut aan beide zijden.
5. De tomaten dient u in een aparte koekenpan te bakken met een scheutjes olijfolie.
