EasySupport Geräte-Manager.
Die Telekom bietet seinen Kunden im sog. EasySupport Geräte-Manager ausge-
wählte EasySupport Funktionen an.
Mit diesen Funktionen können Sie Ihre EasySupport geeigneten Geräte komforta-
bel selber verwalten.
Den Geräte-Manager erreichen Sie im Telekom Kundencenter im Menübereich
Anschluss & Tarif unter dem Punkt EasySupport oder direkt über diese Adresse:
www.telekom.de/geraete-manager. Das Kundencenter stellt dabei über das Inter-
net eine sichere Verbindung zu Ihrem Gerät her und führt die gewünschte Funktion
aus.
Aktuell stehen Ihnen für Telekom Kunden folgende Funktionen bereit:
Überblick über die Geräte in Ihrem Heimnetzwerk
Link zu weiteren Informationen über EasySupport
Abhängig vom Gerät stehen Ihnen eine oder mehrere dieser Funktionen
bereit:
1. Detailinformationen
2. Automatisches Firmware-Update
3. Automatische Konfiguration der IP-basierten Telefonie
4. Rufnummernzuordnung ändern
5. Gerätepasswort neu definieren/ändern
6. Automatische Neukonfiguration Ihres Speedport Routers
Diese Funktionen stehen für Telekom Kunden kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Es kom-
men ständig neue Funktionen hinzu.
