Voorbereiding: 5 minuten

Ingrediënten:
4 plakken rogge- of pompernikkelbrood
± 200 gr dungesneden corned beef
2 eetlepels boter (op kamertemperatuur)
4 eetlepels Russische dressing
¼ kop zuurkool (goed uitgelekt)
4 dunne plakken Zwitserse kaas.
Bereiding:
Besmeer de plakken brood gelijkmatig met de Russische dressing, ongeveer 1
eetlepel op iedere plak. Voeg vervolgens de helft van alle ingrediënten in deze
volgorde toe: kaas, corned beef, zuurkool, corned beef, kaas en vervolgens een
tweede plak brood.
Beboter een zijde met de helft van de boter. Zet de pan en deksel in de magnetron
verwarm hem voor gedurende 2½ minuut. Leg het de sandwiches met de beboterde
kant naar beneden in de pan, leg de grillpress erop en bak gedurende 1½ minuut.
Haal de pan uit de magnetron, beboter de bovenzijde van de sandwiches, keer ze, leg
de grillpress er weer op evenals de deksel en bak nogmaals 1½ minuut.
SUGGESTIES: serveer met aardappelchips en augurkjes.
De recepten in deze gebruiksaanwijzing zijn geschreven voor een magnetron met een
vermogen van 1100 watt. Pas de bereidingstijden indien nodig aan. Uw magnetron
dient voorzien te zijn van een draaiplateau en moet bovendien de volgende minimale
binnenmaten hebben: 35,5 cm breed, 35,5 cm diep en 20 cm hoog.
