Ingrediënten:

6 eieren

¼ kop gare worst in stukjes (bv. ontbijt- of Italiaanse worst)

¼ kop gesnipperde rode of witte ui

¼ kop monterey jack kaas

2 eetlepels boter

1 eetlepel olijfolie

1 eetlepel melk

zout en peper naar smaak

Bereiding:

Plaats de deluxe griddlepan op de basisunit in de magnetron en verwarm 2½ minuut

voor. Doe olijfolie en boter in de hete pan en roer ze door elkaar met behulp van een

plastic spatel. Doe ui en worst in de pan, deksel erop en laat 3 minuten bakken. Breek

de eieren in een kom. Voeg melk en kaas toe en kluts het geheel goed. Voeg het

eimengsel toe aan de ui-worst massa en blijf de massa in beweging houden zodat het

ei aan de randen en onderop begint te stollen. Doe dan de deksel op de pan en laat 5

minuten doorkoken. Haal de pan uit de magnetron en laat het geheel nog 5 minuten

afgedekt rusten.

SUGGESTIES: Restjes groente en kaasblokjes zijn erg ‘Frittata-vriendelijk’.

De recepten in deze gebruiksaanwijzing zijn geschreven voor een magnetron met een

vermogen van 1100 watt. Pas de bereidingstijden indien nodig aan. Uw magnetron

dient voorzien te zijn van een draaiplateau en moet bovendien de volgende minimale

binnenmaten hebben: 35,5 cm breed, 35,5 cm diep en 20 cm hoog.
