Van de diepvries tot in de snelkookpan
• Leg de spinazie, de room en de curry in
de snelkookpan. Breng de zalm op smaak
en leg ze op de spinazie. Zet het deksel op
de snelkookpan.
• Zet het vuur lager zodra er stoom ontsnapt.
Laat gaar koken gedurende de aangeduide
tijd.
• Verdeel de spinazie over 4 borden en leg
er de zalm op. Serveer warm.

4 stukken diepgevroren zalm van
100 gr
400 gr diepgevroren spinazie
1 glas room
1 eetlepel kerriepoeder
zout, peper

VARIATIE
Zalmstukjes met zuring
Vervang de spinazie door 450 gr diepgevroren versneden
zuring en de room door 200 gr diepgevroren botersaus.
