2. Uporabljajte sestavine, ki jim še ni potekel rok uporabe, hranite pa jih
na hladnem in suhem mestu.
3. Moko morate natančno stehtati s kuhinjsko tehtnico. Uporabljajte
suhi pekovski kvas (v vrečkah).
4. Med uporabo pokrova ne odpirajte, razen, če ni drugače navedeno.
5. Sestavine dodajajte v enakem prstnem redu, kot je navedeno, ter
upoštevajte količine, navedene v receptu. Najprej dodajte tekočine,
nato suhe sestavine. Kvas ne sme priti v stik s tekočinami ali soljo.
Preveč kvasa oslabi strukturo testa, zato bo testo zelo vzhajalo,
med peko pa se bo sesedlo.
Splošni vrstni red, ki ga upoštevajte:
tekočine (zmehčano maslo, olje, jajca, voda, mleko),
sol,
sladkor,
prva polovica moke,
mleko v prahu,
posebne trdne sestavine,
druga polovica moke,
kvas, če ni v dozirniku.
6. V primeru izpada elektrike, krajšega od
7 minut, bo aparat shranil svoje stanje in
nadaljeval s pripravo, ko bo električna energija
zopet na voljo.
7. Če želite, da cikel priprave kruha takoj sledi
prejšnjemu ciklu, med obema cikloma
počakajte približno 1 uro, da se aparat ohladi
in da preprečite potencialni vpliv na pripravo
kruha.
8. Med jemanjem kruha iz aparata se lahko metlica za gnetenje zagozdi
vanj. V tem primeru jo s pomočjo kavlja previdno odstranite.
To naredite tako, da kavelj vstavite v gred metlice za gnetenje, nato jo
dvignete in odstranite.
9. Če želite izklopiti aparat za pripravo kruha, pritisnite in 3 sekunde
pridržite gumb .
10. Če želite odstraniti zvočni signal, pritisnite in 3 sekunde pridržite
gumb .
