razčlenitev različnih korakov glede na izbran program. Indikatorska
lučka nakazuje, kateri korak trenutno poteka.
1. Gnetenje
Ta cikel omogoča oblikovanje strukture testa in njegove sposobnosti,
da primerno vzhaja. Za boljše vzhajanje testa v dozirnik za kvas dajte
instant suhi kvas (2).
Med tem ciklom lahko dodate naslednje sestavine: suho sadje, olive
itd. Nekatere izmed teh dodatnih sestavin lahko daste v dozirnik (1) že
na začetku priprave jedi, na primer oreščke, rozine, koščke čokolade,
suho sadje, zelišča. Bodite previdni! Nekaterih sestavin ni mogoče dati v
dozirnik, saj se lahko prilepijo na stranice dozirnika. To so mastne in mokre
sestavine, kot sta sir in šunka. Te sestavine lahko ob začetku priprave jedi
daste neposredno v pekač za kruh.
2. Vzhajanje
Čas, med katerim kvasovke delujejo, da kruh vzhaja in razvije svojo
aromo.
3. Pečenje
Testo spremeni v štruco in zagotovi želeno barvo skorje ter
hrustljavost.
4. Ohranjanje toplote
Ta cikel ohrani kruh topel še eno uro po pečenju. Vseeno je
priporočljivo, da kruh vzamete iz pekača takoj, ko je pečen.
Med eno uro dolgim ciklom ohranjanja toplote, je na prikazovalniku
prikazan čas »0:00«. Ob koncu cikla se naprava samodejno ustavi in slišali
boste več zvočnih signalov.
