BRUG: PØLSETILBEHØR FIG. 1015
Vigtigt: Dette tilbehør kan kun bruges når kødet er blevet hakket, og krydret, og
forberedelsen er blevet godt blandet.
Når skindet har lagt i blød i varmt vand for at gøre det mere elastisk, skal den sættes på
tragten, og lad den hænge ca. 5 cm ud (så du kan binde en knude på enden).
Stil O/1-knappen (3a) på I (g. 15) for at starte apparatet, og put hakkekødet i hakkemaskinen.
Hold øje med skindet når det fyldes op.
Bemærk: Dette er nemmere at gøre, hvis I er to personer, hvor den ene putter kødet i
maskinen, og den anden sørger for at skindet fyldes ordentligt.
Giv pølserne den passende længde ved at klemme og vride skindet. For at gøre pølserne
gode, skal du undgå at der kommer luft ind i dem, når de fyldes op. Og lav pølserne ca. 10
til 15 cm lange (adskille pølserne ved, at lave et mellemrum, hvor der kan bindes en knude).

For at bruge kebbe-mundstykket, skal du stille O/1-knappen (3a) på I (g. 17).
Praktisk tip:
For at lave en n kebbe- eller kefta-pasta, skal kødet køres gennem kødhakkeren to eller tre
gange, indtil du får den ønskede jævnhed.

For at rive fødevarer, skal du stille O/1-knappen (3a) på I (g. 20).
Nyttige tips for, at opnå de bedste resultater:
Ingredienserne du bruger skal være faste for at opnå tilfredsstillende resultater og undgå
samling af mad i beholderen.
Brug ikke apparatet til at rive eller skære fødevarer der er for hårde, såsom
sukkerterninger eller hele kødstykker.
Bemærkninger:
- Apparatet må kun bruges til at hakke råt kød. Det er ikke beregnet til at hakke kogt kød.
- Brug ikke apparatet i mere end 10 minutter ad gangen.
Hvad skal du gøre, hvis maskinen tilstoppes?
Stop kødhakkeren ved at stille O/1-knappen (3a) på "O", og hold derefter knappen "R" nede i
et par sekunder for at frigøre kødet.
Stil O/1-knappen på I for at fortsætte med at hakke kød.
