Paprika halbieren, die
Kerne entfernen, dann
jede Hälfte längs in drei
Stücke schneiden. Mit der
Hälfte des Olivenöls, dem
Knoblauch, Basilikum, den
Anchovis und Balsamico-
Essig mischen. Mit Salz und
Pfeffer würzen.
Sobald der Aufheizvorgang
abgeschlossen ist, die
Paprika auf den Grill legen
(sie benötigen mehrere
Durchgänge) und den Grill
schließen.
Garen Sie die Paprikas,
bis die Garanzeige die rote
Stufe erreicht hat.
Paprika auf eine Platte
legen, mit dem Rest des Öls
beträufeln und abkühlen
lassen. Vor dem Servieren
die Pinienkerne und den
gehobelten Parmesan auf
der Paprika verteilen.
  4 rote Paprika
  4 EL Olivenöl
  2 gehackte
Knoblauchzehen
  2 EL frisches gehacktes
Basilikum
  2 gehackte Anchovislets
  1 EL Balsamico-Essig
  Salz & Pfeffer
  20 g Pinienkerne
  40 g gehobelter Parmesan
