PO KUHANJU...
Za modele s premazom proti sprijemanju: ne uporabljajte
kovinskih oz. abrazivnih kuhinjskih pripomočkov in metlic.
Kuhinjskih pripomočkov ne odcejajte tako, da z njimi
trkate po robu posode, saj jo lahko s tem poškodujete in
povzročite puščanje.
Obratovalni ventil (A) postopoma obračajte in pri tem po
vaši želji izberite hitrost zmanjševanja tlaka vse do
nastavitvene točke piktograma - skica 10. Če opazite
nenavadno uhajanje pare, obratovalni ventil (A) znova
namestite v položaj ekonom lonec, nato pa tlak hitro
zmanjšajte s pomočjo hladne vode - skica 14.
Če se varnostni zatič (D) ne spusti postavite ekonom lonec
v hladno vodo - skica 14.
Nikoli ne posegajte v ta varnostni klin.
Po kuhanju mesa, ki vsebujejo kožo (npr. goveji jezik) in
lahko pod tlakom nabrekne, mesa ne zbadajte, dokler je
koža napihnjena, saj se lahko poparite. Pred kuhanjem
meso prebodite.
Za mehka živila, ki se med kuhanjem razširijo in/ali penijo,
kot so riž, stročnice, dehidrirana zelenjava, kompoti, buče,
bučke, korenje, krompir, fileji ribe ... pustite lonec nekaj
minut, da se ohladi, nato pa ga dodatno ohladite v hladni
vodi. Lonec pred vsakim odpiranjem rahlo in previdno
stresite, potem ko se prepričate, da se je varnostni zatič
spustil. S tem se izognete uhajanju vroče pare.To je zlasti
pomembno pri hitrem uhajanju pare ali po ohlajanju v
hladni vodi.
Kadar je lonec pod tlakom, ga premikajte izjemno pazljivo.
Ne dotikajte se vročih površin. Uporabljajte ročaje in
gumbe. Po potrebi uporabite rokavice.
Pri kuhanju juh vam svetujemo, da tlak na hitro zmanjšate
v hladni vodi (glejte poglavje "Zaključek kuhanja v načinu
'Ekonom lonec").
Prepričajte se, da je ventil v položaju za zmanjšanje tlaka,
preden odprete lonec na zvišan tlak. Varnostni klin (D)
mora biti v spuščenem položaju.
Nikoli ne poskušajte lonca na zvišan tlak odpreti na silo.
Prepričajte se, da je tlak v notranjosti lonca padel.
Varnostni klin (D) mora biti v spuščenem polaju. (Oglejte
si razdelek »Varnost«).
