KUHANJEM
Ne dovolite otrokom, da se približajo loncu na zvišan tlak,
ko ga uporabljate.
Med kuhanjem je v loncu vzpostavljen zvišan tlak. Zaradi
nepravilne uporabe lahko utrpite opekline. Prepričajte se,
da je lonec na zvišan tlak primerno zaprt, preden pričnete s
kuhanjem. (Glejte razdelek »Zapiranje«.)
Med kuhanjem pazite, da ventil stalno šušlja. Če ni dovolj
pare, ki izpareva, zmanjšajte tlak v loncu in preverite, ali je v
njem dovolj tekočine in ali je vodilo za izpuh pare
zamašeno. Če po teh preverjanjih še vedno ne izhaja dovolj
pare, rahlo povečajte moč toplotnega vira.
Ne kuhajte živil, ki bi lahko povzročila zamašitev vodil
varnostnih sestavnih delov:
- borovnice
- ječmenček
- ovseni kosmiči
- grah
- rezanci, makaroni, špageti
- rabarbara
- rdeče grozdičje
V loncu na zvišan tlak nikoli ne kuhajte mlečnih jedi.
V loncu na zvišan tlak iz nerjavečega jekla ne uporabljajte
grobe soli, temveč ob koncu kuhanja dodajte fino sol. Tako
preprečite pojav "poškodb", ki bi lahko spremenile dno
lonca na zvišan tlak.
Lonca na zvišan tlak ne uporabljajte za cvrtje v olju pod
tlakom.
Lonec na zvišan tlak uporabljajte le v namene, za katere je
bil izdelan.
Lonca na zvišan tlak ne postavljajte v ogreto pečico.
Nikoli ne vstavljajte aluminijevega papirja za peko v model
lonca na zvišan tlak.
Nikoli ne vstavljajte plastičnega sloja v lonec na zvišan tlak.
Alkoholni hlapi so vnetljivi. Preden namestite pokrov, naj
alkohol vre približno dve minuti. Kadar vaše jedi vsebuejo
alkoho, lonec ves čas dobro nadzirajte.
Uporabljajte ustrezno kuhališče, skladno z navodili za
uporabo.
