Til 6 personer: • 900 g tyksteg • 24 champignons • 24 små hvide løg • 3 tomater • krydring:
2 spsk. olie, salt og peber.
Skær oksekødet i terninger med sider på 3 cm. Skær tomaterne i både. Sæt skiftevis et stykke kød, et
stykke grønsag og en champignon på spiddet. Pensl spiddene med krydringen. Stegetid: 10 minutter.
Spid med svinekød og ananas
Til 6 personer: • 1 kg svinekam • 1 dåse ananas i stykker • krydring: 2 spsk. olie, salt, peber
og tabasco (nogle dråber)
Skær kødet i terninger med sider på 3 cm. Sæt skiftevis et stykke kød og et stykke ananas på spiddet.
Pensl spiddene med krydringen. Stegetid: ca. 25 minutter.
Spid med kalvekød
Til 6 personer: • 1 kg mellemkølle • 1 aubergine • 24 små hvide løg • krydring: 2 spsk. olie,
salt og peber
Skær kødet i terninger med sider på 3 cm. Sæt skiftevis et stykke kalvekød og et stykke grønsag på
spiddet. Pensl spiddene med krydringen. Stegetid: ca. 20 minutter.
Spid med laks i karry
Til 6 personer: • 800 g friske laksefileter • 20 pillede lyserøde rejer • 2 grønne citroner • 1 tsk.

Skær laksen i terninger med sider på 3 cm, skær citronerne i halve skiver. Sæt skiftevis et stykke laks,
rejer og citron på spiddet. Pensl spiddene med smeltet smør, drys karry over spiddene. Stegetid: ca.
15 minutter.
Spid med provencalsk lammekam
Til 6 personer: • 900 g lammekam • 6 sherry tomater • 24 små champignons • 12 små hvide
løg • krydring: 2 spsk. olie, salt og peber
Skær kødet i terninger med sider på 3 cm. Pensl spiddene med krydringen. Stegetid: ca. 20 minutter.
