Krepka pileća juha
600 ml pilećeg temeljca (pripremljenog od kocke)
60 g sitno nasjeckanog luka
200 g cvjetova cvjetače veličine zalogaja
200 g mrkve, narezane na ploške debljine 1 cm
200 g lea od pilećih prsa bez kostiju i kože, narezanog na kockice od 1,5 cm
1 začinski buketić (tj. grančice svježeg peršina, majčine dušice i listovi bosiljka povezani
koncem)
Sol i svježe mljeveni crni papar
POSLUŽIVANJE
2 žlice punomasnog vrhnja (po želji)
1 žlica grubo zrnatog senfa (po želji)
1 žlica sjeckanog svježeg peršina
Ulijte polovicu temeljca u kuhalo za juhu. Zatim dodajte sastojke sljedećim redoslijedom:
nasjeckani luk, cvjetovi cvjetače, narezana mrkva, kockice piletine, svježe začinsko bilje, sol
(vodite računa da će temeljac biti malo slan), crni papar i preostali temeljac. Stavite poklopac.
Odaberite postavku “chunky soup (juha s komadićima). U međuvremenu pomiješajte vrhnje
i senf. Ulijte umak u malu zdjelu; odložite na stranu.
Kada je kuhanje završeno skinite poklopac i izvadite buketić sa začinskim biljem. Poslužite juhu
vruću, ukrašenu narezanim peršinom i žlicom umaka.
Za 4 serviranja
Juhi možete dati orijentalni okus dodavanjem umaka od soje, rižinog octa i narezanog svježeg
korijandera umjesto umaka od senfa.
Juha od 5 vrsta povrća
150 g tanko narezanog poriluka
150 g mrkve, narezane na kockice
100 g tikvica, narezanih na kockice
150 g repe, narezane na kockice
100 g nasjeckanog luka
1 češanj češnjaka, oguljen
1 štapić celera, tanko narezan
700 ml vode
Sol, papar
POSLUŽIVANJE
Komadić ementalera ili ribanog francuskog sira comté, krutoni.
Stavite sve sastojke u kuhalo za juhu. Odaberite postavku «soup with pieces» (juha s
komadićima).
Poslužite s malo ribanog sira i krutonima poprženim na maslacu.
Ako želite da juha bude bogatija i poslužena kao glavno jelo, zamijenite 100 g mrkve i
100 grama poriluka s 250 g krumpira.
