Krem juha od poriluka i Stilton sira
600 ml povrtnog temeljca
400 g poriluka (bijeli dio), narezanog na ploške debljine 1 cm
60 g nasjeckanog luka
100 g brašnastog krumpira (Maris Piper, King Edward), narezanog na kockice od 1,5 cm
75 g Stilton sira, odrezane kore i razmrvljenog
Sol i svježe mljeveni crni papar
POSLUŽIVANJE
35 g Stilton sira, odrezane kore i razmrvljenog
Svježe mljeveni crni papar
Ulijte polovicu povrtnog temeljca u kuhalo za juhu. Zatim dodajte sastojke sljedećim
redoslijedom: narezani poriluk, nasjeckani luk, kockice krumpira, razmrvljeni Stilton sir, sol
(vodite računa da će temeljac i Stilton sir biti malo slani), crni papar i na kraju preostali temeljac.
Stavite poklopac. Odaberite postavku smooth soup“ (krem juha).
Skinite poklopac. Kušajte i po potrebi prilagodite začine. Poslužite ukrašeno svježe mljevenim
crnim paprom i razmrvljenim Stilton sirom.
Za 4 serviranja
Za pripremu krem juhe od poriluka i Roquefort sira zamijenite 75 g Stilton sira sa 60 g
razmrvljenog Roquefort sira. Poslužite juhu s malo razmrvljenog Roquefort sira.
Juha od rajčice i bosiljka
500 ml povrtnog temeljca (pripremljenog od kocke)
Limenka sjeckanih rajčica od 230 g
1 luk srednje veličine, nasjeckan
1 mrkva srednje veličine, oguljena i narezana na kockice od 1,5 cm
1 češanj češnjaka, oguljen i zgnječen
1½ žlice pirea od rajčice
2 prstohvata dimljene crvene paprike (po želji)
10 velikih listova bosiljka
150 ml pasirane rajčice
Sol i svježe mljeveni crni papar
½ čajne žličice kristal šećera (po želji)
Ulijte polovicu povrtnog temeljca u kuhalo za juhu. Zatim dodajte sastojke sljedećim
redoslijedom: sjeckane rajčice (zajedno sa sokom), nasjeckani luk, narezana mrkva, zgnječeni
češnjak, pire od rajčice, paprika, cijelo lišće bosiljka, pasirana rajčica, sol (vodite računa da će
temeljac biti malo slan), crni papar i na kraju preostali temeljac. Stavite poklopac. Odaberite
postavku „smooth soup“ (krem juha).
Skinite poklopac i drvenom kuhačom umiješajte šećer. Kušajte i po potrebi prilagodite začine.
Poslužite.
Za 4 serviranja
Dodavanje dimljene crvene paprike daje juhi blagu aromu dima i ljutkast okus. Po želji
dimljenu papriku možete izostaviti.
