Hladna juha od graška
300 g graška
60 g sitno nasjeckanog slatkog luka
300 g krastavca, narezanog na kockice
300 ml vode
200 ml vrhnja od soje
20 listića svježe metvice
1/2 limuna
1 čajna žličica šećera
Sol, papar
U kuhalo za juhu stavite grašak, luk, krastavac, vodu i vrhnje od soje. Začinite prema ukusu.
Odaberite postavku „smooth soup“ (krem juha).
Ostavite u hladnjaku 4 sata dok se juha ne ohladi.
Otvorite kuhalo za juhu. Dodajte šećer, listiće metvice i sok od pola limuna.
Odaberite postavku „smoothie“ (napitak od voća i povrća).
Poslužite ohlađeno.
Za pikantniju juhu dodajte 1 žličicu wasabi paste, paste od hrena ili grubo zrnatog senfa.
Također možete dodati 50 g mini tjestenine ili slanutka kako biste dobili juhu s više
teksture.
„Chunky“ juha od poriluka i krumpira
625 ml povrtnog temeljca ili povrtne juhe
75 g nasjeckanog luka
1 češanj češnjaka, zgnječen
300 g poriluka narezanog na ploške debljine 1,5 cm
200 g brašnastog krumpira (Maris Piper, King Edward), narezanog na kockice od 1,5 cm
Sol i svježe mljeveni crni papar
POSLUŽIVANJE
Nasjeckani peršin
Ulijte polovicu povrtnog temeljca u kuhalo za juhu. Zatim dodajte sastojke sljedećim
redoslijedom: nasjeckani luk, zgnječeni češnjak, narezani poriluk, kockice krumpira, sol (vodite
računa da će temeljac biti malo slan), crni papar i na kraju preostali temeljac. Stavite poklopac.
Odaberite preostalu postavku chunky soup (juha s komadićima).
Kada kuhanje završi, skinite poklopac. Kušajte i po potrebi prilagodite začine. Poslužite
ukrašeno sjeckanim peršinom.
