De Fitnesstest
De tnesstest is een submaximale test en ook geschikt voor een weinig of gemiddeld geoefende gebruiker.
Om deze uit te voeren heeft u de hartfrequentiemeter nodig; als het signaal van de hartfrequentie niet opgepakt wordt, begint de test niet.
Druk in stand-by op de toets

Voer met de nummertoetsen de leeftijd in en druk op BEVESTIGEN om verder te gaan.
 =  0
Voer met de nummertoetsen het lichaamsgewicht in en druk op BEVESTIGEN om verder te gaan.
 M=1  = = 1
Druk op toets 1 om een het mannelijke geslacht te selecteren; ofwel op toets 2 voor het vrouwelijke geslacht. Druk vervolgens op BEVESTIGEN om verder te gaan.
De tnesstest is samengesteld uit drie fasen: tijdens de warming up is de belasting extern; tijdens de twee volgende fasen is de belasting intern, dat betekent
dat hij wordt bepaald door de hartfrequentie.

Warming up 90 seconden 50 watt
1 3 minuten vanaf het bereiken van de belasting
60% van de maximum hartfrequentie,
als de hartfrequentie aan het einde van de warming up <= 100 is
65% van de maximum hartfrequentie,
als de hartfrequentie aan het einde van de warming up > 100 is
2 4 minuten vanaf het bereiken van de belasting 75% van de maximum hartfrequentie
