Ingrediente:
675gr
900gr
1 ½ cana cu apa calda (48°C- 50°C)
3 linguri de pesto
1 1/3 linguri de lapte praf
1 1/3 linguri de zahar
½ lingurite de sare
2 ½ cani cu faine pt toate sau pt paine
3 lingurite cu drojdie cu crestere rapida
2 1/5 cani cu apa calda (48°C- 50°C)

2 linguri de zahar
2/3 lingurite de sare
3 ¼ cani cu faina pt toate sau pt paine
4 lingurite cu drojdie cu crestere rapida
1. Masurati ingredientele cu acuratete si adaugati in tava pentru copt in ordinea
precizata in lista de mai sus (ingredientele lichide primele).
2. Puneti tava in aparat. Inchideti capacul.
3. Selectati programul dorit.
4. Selectati culoarea dorita a crustei.
5. Selectati marimea painii.
6. Apasati tasta START/STOP.
7. Folosind manusi de bucatarie, scoateti painea dup ace s-a scurs timpul pentru
coacere.
8. Lasati sa se raceasca pe un support cel putin o ora inainte sa o feliati.
ALUAT DE PIZZA

Aceasta setare este pentru exclusive pentru aluat si nu va duce la realizarea finala a painii.
Puteti face aluat de orice fel folosind aceasta setare. Aluatul poate fi modelat pentru pizza,
rulade, covrigi, gogosi si paini rotunde sau impletite care trebuiesc coapte in cuptor sau prajite
la prajitor.
Ingrediente:
1 ¼ cana de apa
½ lingurita de sare
2 linguri de ulei de masline
2 ½ cani de faina pt toate sau pt paine
1 ½ lingurite cu drojdie cu crestere rapida
1. Masurati ingredientele cu acuratete si adaugati in tava pentru copt in ordinea
precizata in lista de mai sus (ingredientele lichide primele).
2. Puneti tava in aparat. Inchideti capacul.
3. Apasati tasta START/STOP.
4. Dup ace s-a terminat ciclul, scoateti aluatul din tava.
5. Lasati sa creasca 10 minute.
6. Puneti suc de rosii si presarati ingredientele dorite pe aluatul de pizza.
7. Coaceti intr-un cuptor traditional timp de 15 minute la o temperature de 200°C.
