4. Put the ame tamer, grease drain pan and cooking grid in the interior of the grill.
5. Open the hopper cap, Clean any of the foreign objects in the hopper or auger system. And check the pellet level, fulll the hopper with standard wood
pellets before each use.
6. Plug the Power Cord into an appropriate, grounded electrical outlet.
7. Press the Power Button to turn on the grill. Keep the Temperature Control Knob in the S position and press Prime Button to start the auto FEED
system to feed more pellets to the re pot.The igniter will begin to glow and the fan will supply air to the re pot, The grill will begin to produce smoke.
8. While the heavy, white smoke has dissipated, the Ignition is completed, you are ready to enjoy your grill at your desired temperature.
TIPS REGARDING BURNING GREASE
WARNING!
Protect yourself and your hands from spurts of ames. Never try to put out a grease re with water!
Clean the appliance regularly, e. g. the racks, ash pan, re-block board etc.
If a grease re should occur, press the on/off button to turn off the appliance and leave the cover closed, until the re is extinguished. The
cooling fan continues to run for 5 minutes.
Do not unplug the appliance unless it is absolutely necessary.
• Grease and juice that drips from meat onto the heater produces short spurts of ames which also contribute to the grilling taste.
• If too many spurts of ames are produced, the meat could burn.
• Only use meat that is suitable for grilling. Try to avoid grilling meat with excessive fat.
• Before grilling meat, cut away as much fat as possible and do not overuse marinade to prevent meat from burning.
AFTER USE
1. Remove the residual fuel from the control box.
2. Let the appliance continue working for another 5 - 10 min. to discharge the remaining fuel in the feeding assembly.
3. Press the on/off button to turn off the appliance. The indicator in the button goes out.
4. Turn the temperature control knob to OFF position and let the cooling fan continue working for another 5 min, until the remaining fuel is burned off. The
cover must be open at this time.
5. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
6. Clean ( CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND CARE) and store the appliance ( STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION) if you do not plan to use the
appliance again soon.

Detected temperature below 55 °C for 6 min., low
temperature protection activated
Turn off the appliance, disconnect it from the power
supply, re-connect with the power supply and then turn on
the appliance
Appliance turns off and display shows
“ERH”; cooling fan continues working for
10 min. and then stops
Detected temperature over 325 °C, high
temperature protection activated
Turn off the appliance, disconnect it from the power
supply, re-connect with the power supply and then turn on
the appliance
