1. Fahrenheit / Celsius (F/C)
–Press the button to switch the displayed temperature / unit between “Fahrenheit” and “Celsius”.

–Keep pressing the button to feed the wood pellets continuously.
6. ON / OFF
–Press the button to turn on the appliance. The indicator in the button lights up (BLUE).
–Press the button again to turn off the appliance. The indicator in the button goes out.
Cooling fan
1. The cooling fan starts to work after the appliance is turned on.
2. The cooling fan keeps working for 10 min. after the appliance is turned off or the temperature decreases to / under 55 °C.
Ignition rod
1. First ignition, press the power button (keep pressing “Prime” button if no pellets in screw conveyer). The ignition rod will operate and shut off after 6
minutes, OR after temperature in rebox increase 5°C.
2. If temperature not reach 57°C, then keep ignition, if after 6min, still less than 57°C, showing “ERL” on screen.
3. When temperature is set <= 120°C, if temperature in the rebox is lower than setting temperature for more than 16 seconds, the ignition will start and keep
70% full power until the temperature increases to >=120°C for more than 16 seconds.
Feeding motor
1. The rst pellet feeding turns off for 15 seconds and then turns on for 30 seconds.
2. The appliance starts the second feeding, after the detected temperature increases at 5 °C.
3. The second pellet feeding continues PID feeding, if the detected temperature is over 55 °C; the appliance starts the second feeding if the temperature is
lower than 55 °C. The pellet feeding turns off for 15 seconds and then turns on for 30 seconds.
4. If the temperature is lower than 55 °C, the ErL protection starts after 6 minutes.
COOKING TIPS
1. Brush the grill grates with cooking or vegetable oil prior to using the appliance. Use a brush with a long handle. Juices from the food drip onto the heater
during cooking and vaporise. The steam arising from this process contributes to the taste of the food.
2. Adjust the control knob between “SMOKE” to “HIGH” position in order to achieve your desired cooking results.
3. Keep the cover closed in order to achieve a more consistent result and to cook larger pieces of meat or whole chickens.
4. Avoid opening the cover too often as accumulated heat escapes each time, increasing the grilling duration as a result.
5. When cooking meat, always use one of the built-in meat probes to ensure the internal temperature of the meat reaches the recommended level.
6. This appliance is equipped with 2 built-in meat probes. Insert the probe into the meat and connect it with the P1 or P2 plug. The probe temperature is
shown on the display.
FUEL SAVING TIPS
• Reduce the opening time of the lid.
• Turn the appliance off as soon as cooking is completed.
• Preheat the appliance for 10 to 15 minutes only (except for the rst use).
• Do not preheat longer than recommended.
• Do not use a higher setting than required.
IGNITING THE APPLIANCE
WARNING!
Before attempting to light your appliance you must refer to the lighting instructions and warning / safety points.
NOTE: The ignition rod only works, if the working mode (temperature / SMOKE) is set at rst, after the appliance is turned on.
To re-ignite the fuel, turn off and turn on the appliance and select the working mode.
Clean up the residual ash in the burning chamber before each ignition.
1. Fill an appropriate amount of wood pellets into the control box (approx. 2/3). Do not exceed the lter screen of the control box.
2. Add a small amount of new wood pellets into the burning chamber. It is suggested to add enough wood pellets so as to cover the ignition rod with 1 - 2
layers in a pyramid shape.
3. Fit the re-block plate, oil guide plate and grilling grate, and then close the cover.
4. Press the on/off button to turn on the appliance, select the desired working mode afterward.
5. White smoke will be emitted during the fuel ignition. Keep away from the appliance until the ignition is completed.
IGNITING INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING!
Before placing pellets into the re pot, make sure the grill is NOT on, and Fire Pot is NOT hot to prevent possible skin burn.
1. Security Check before powering on, make sure there is no damp or bare wire in the socket and plug.
2. Take out cooking grid, grease drain pan and ame tamer successively in the interior of grill until the re pot is seen.
3. Clean up the residual ash and obstruction in the re pot before each ignition.
*Tip: In initial use of the grill, to ensure the igniting successfully, manually put a small amount of pellets into the re pot until the Igniting Rod is just
