ASSEMBLING
1. Assemble the appliance completely and make all required adjustments prior to operation.
2. Follow the assembly and operation instructions closely. Use the gures as visual guide.
3. Pay attention to small parts such as screws and nuts that are loosened or removed for assembly or during adjustments. Keep them safe in order to avoid
losing them.
4. The appliance is large. Assemble with two people.
WARNING!
Use the appliance only after it has been completely assembled and adjusted!
Choosing fuel
1. Only use food-grade wood pellets.
2. You can purchase the wood pellets of different avors according to your own preference.
3. The granularity of pellets shall not exceed 7.6 mm (in diameter) x 30 mm (in length). Using extremely oversized wood pellets will cause the malfunction of
the appliance, or poor performance due to insufcient fuel feeding.
Burning-off
NOTE: For the rst use, we suggest to turn on the appliance at 175 °C for 30 min. before cooking on the grill grates. This will burn off any
manufacturing oils and cure the paint.
Before rst use, remove any production residue and clean the appliance:
1. Operate the appliance at high temperature with the cover opened for about 10 - 15 minutes to burn off production residues ( IGNITING THE
APPLIANCE).
2. Turn the appliance off; allow it to cool down before cleaning all the parts ( CLEANING AND CARE).
OPERATION
WARNING! Danger of burns!
This appliance generates heat and escaping steam during use! Take proper precautions to prevent risk of burns, res, or other damages to
people and property! Wear protective oven mittens or gloves. Use proper tools like barbecue tong and prongs to turn over grillables!
WARNING!
The black area of the handle (see below picture for reference) will become hot when the appliance IN use, BE CAREFUL! Do not touch the black
area.
