The air fryer does
not work.
The appliance is not plugged
into the mains.
Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet.
The timer is not set.
Adjust the timer to the required preparation time.
The ingredients fried
in the air fryer are
not ready yet.
The amount of food in the
basket is too much.
Reduce the amount of food in the basket. Smaller batches will be
fried more evenly.
The set temperature is too low.
Turn the temperature control knob to the required temperature
setting (see section 'Settings').
The set preparation time is too
short.
Adjust the timer to the required preparation time (see section
'Settings').
The ingredients are
fried unevenly.
Certain types of the ingredients
need to be shaken halfway
through the preparation time.
Ingredients that are on top of or on top of each other (e.g. chips)
must be shaken halfway through the cooking time (see paragraph
'Settings').
Deep-fried snacks

The frying tray still contains
greasy residues from previous
use.
The greasy residue in the frying tray will cause white smoke
when heated. Make sure to clean it properly after each use.
Fresh potato fries are
fried unevenly.
The potato sticks were not
soaked before frying.
Soak the potato sticks in a bowl of water for at least 30 minutes;
take them out and dry them with kitchen paper.
The correct type of potato has
not been used.
Use fresh potatoes and make sure they stay firm during frying.
Fresh potato fries are
not crispy.
The crispiness of the fries
depends on the amount of oil
and water in the fries.
Make sure to dry the potato strips before applying oil.
Cut the potato into thinner sticks for a crispier result.
Add slightly more oil for a crispier result.
