INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
3.3 First remove the inner collar. Using a 13 A/F spanner,
remove the 4 x bolts (see Diagram 8). Note: the 2 x front
bolts carry top hat spacers and are longer than the 2 x rear
bolts (see Diagram 7).

3.4 Remove the inner collar.
The inner box can now be slid out of the outer box.
3.5 Next remove the outer flue collar from the outer box.
This is held in lace by three bolts.
3.6 Drill 4 holes 10mm Ø through the Outer Collar.

3.6 The fixing frame kit bolts must now be fitted.
3.7 Drill 4 holes of ø 10mm through the lower outer casing, See
Diagram 9.
The table gives the dimensions for each model.

2.1 Position the outer box on the bench and mark out the
desired location using the inner holes on the base of the
casing. The box will sit centrally if there is a gap of 100mm
between the sides of the box and the ends of the bench.
2.2 Remove the box and drill the four holes through both layers
of the bench to create the fixing points.
2.3 Secure to the bench through the lower flanges with the M6 x
70 coach bolts provided, Diagram 6.

3. SEPARATING THE INNER AND
OUTER BOXES
This will require two people.
To protect the delicate parts of the appliance the product
has been designed so that the inner box can be removed
from the outer box.
Keep the inner box in a safe place whilst the outer box
is installed into the fabric of the house, the main flue
connections made and the walls finished.
When all the heavy work is complete the inner box can
be re-installed into the outer box and the final connection
made.
3.1 Take care when installing the appliance. Careless
handling and use of tools can damage the finish and/or
area.
3.2 The internal components, log guard, bricks, baffles and
door should be removed to make the installation process
easier and prevent damage. Note: These parts must be
removed in the order described in Sections 1 - 5 above to
avoid damage to the firebox lining.
