12.8 Brug af grillovnen med naturlig luftcirkulation
Knappen til grillovnen har ingen indflydelse på varmluftovnens funktion.
Grillovnen med naturlig luftcirkulation er
udstyret med følgende:
• et varmeelement anbragt forneden i
ovnen (i bunden);
• et varmeelement anbragt i loftet på
ovnen (foroven) + grill;
12.8.1 Tænding af grillen for første gang
Første gang grillen anvendes, kan den danne røg eller udvikle en stærk eller brændt lugt pga.
olierester fra fremstillingen, der kan afgive ubehagelig lugt eller smag til maden. Før der sættes
mad i ovnen, skal grillovnen varmes op til maksimum temperatur i 30-40 minutter med
ovndøren lukket; vent venligst til røgen og lugten ikke længere mærkes.
Det er muligt at tænde opvarmningen af grillovnen ved at dreje knappen til den ønskede
temperatur (fra 50°C til MAX) eller funktion.
12.8.2 Madlavning med grillen (med døren lukket)
Drej knappen til stillingen og lad grillovnen foropvarme i cirka 5 minutter. Grillhylden bør
anbringes i den anden skinne fra bunden for at opnå korrekt funktion. Det er dog muligt at ændre
placeringen af grillhylden alt efter ønske og de forskellige tilberedningskrav. Et afkølingssystem
forhindrer overopvarmning af betjeningsknappen.
12.8.3 Traditionel madlavning
Drej knappen til den valgte temperatur og anbring den mad, der skal tilberedes, på det ønskede
niveau (undgå at stille maden direkte på ovnens bund); herved sker der opvarmning over og
under maden vha. de to varmelegemer.
For at få forskellig opvarmning over eller under maden, skal kontakten til valg af funktionen stilles
på (varm foroven) eller (varm forneden).
12.8.4 Slukning af grillovnen
Ovnen slukkes ved at stille knappen tilbage på "0".
