Procedere nel modo seguente:
preriscaldare la griglia in ghisa ruotando la manopola del regolatore di energia sulla posizione
massima (11) per qualche istante;
riportare la manopola del regolatore alla potenza minima (1);
posizionare la pentola milleusi con il cibo da cuocere sulla griglia in ghisa;
riporre il coperchio sulla pentola in modo tale da conservare l’umidità, oppure, toglierlo per
ridurla.

La seguente tabella offre soltanto valori indicativi, poiché, a seconda dello spessore e del genere di
cibo, nonché del gusto personale, occorrerà un grado di calore maggiore o minore.
