Tips

∙ Bereid ruwe mengsels die gekookt moeten worden een dag van te voren en be-

waar deze koel.

∙ Voeg kleine hoeveelheden alcohol aan het eind toe (Let op! Niet voor kinderen!)

∙ Geen vingers of andere voorwerpen in de opening stoppen.

∙ Hoe hoger het vetgehalte van de ingrediënten, hoe romiger het ijs.

∙ Houd tijdens het voorbereiden in gedachten: koud ijs smaakt minder zoet dan het

warme, ruwe mengsel!

∙ Vul de container slechts voor de helft, omdat het volume van het mengsel toe zal

nemen bij het invriezen.

∙ Zelfgemaakt ijs is niet zo stevig als machinaal vervaardigd ijs.

Maken van Yoghurt

∙ Maak hierbij alleen gebruik van de yoghurt container.

∙ Doe de ingrediënten voor yoghurt

in de container. Plaats de yoghurt deksel en doe het ge-

haal in de thermische container.

∙ Plaats en maak het vast,

plaats ook het motorgedeelte in

de deksel. Voor het maken van

yoghurt is de draaischroef niet

van belang.

∙ Doe de stekker in het stopcontant. Het display laat - - - - zien en de symbolen knip-

peren.

∙ Druk op de verwarmingsknop. Het symbool

knippert en er staat 42°C op het

display.

∙ Druk op de Start/Stop knop, het standaard programma 42°C / 8 uur start.
