Grynsuppe:
Trykkogetid ca. 10 min.
Fedt og løg i den indre gryde lunes i position bruning, med varmt vand
ellers op og krydderier (boulliontern, peber, muskat) gives til. Når suppen
koger, apparatet og ventilen lukkes. Tryk taste soup samt start/stop.
Efter at suppen kun har brug for en kort trykkogetid på 4-6 min., stiller man
et korttidsvækkeur på den ønskede tid og stopper så apparatet.
gsuppe:
Trykkogetid ca. 10 min.
Store mængder hakkede løg med fedt steges glasklare i position bruning og
Bestøves med mel. Hældes på med vand og forkrydres med krydderier. Låget
og ventilen - som foroven nævnt - lukkes. Soupprogrammet og Start/Stop
tryk. På grund af den relativ korte trykkogetid indstiller man korttidsvækkeuret på
den ønskede tid. Men man kan også programmere - som beskrevet -
kogetiden.
Oksehalesuppe:
Trykkogetid ca. 30 min.
Oksehalestykker med tomatpuré brunes på position bruning Vand hældes til,
suppegrøn og krydderier gives til. Låget og ventilen lukkes. Soupprogrammet
og tryk start/stop trykkes.
Grøntsagssuppe:
Trykkogetid ca. 10 min.
Fedt, spæktern og grovhakkede løg lunes på trin
bruning. Fortyndes med vand og forskellige årstidens grøntsager
(som f.eks. groft hakket hvidkål, blomkål, løg, gulerødder etc.), krydderier og
tomatpuré tilføjes. Låget og ventilen lukkes. Soupprogrammet og
Tryk start/stop. På grund af den relativ korte trykkogetid indstiller man korttidsvæk-
keuret på den ønskede tid. Men man kan også programmere - som beskrevet -
kogetiden.
Hvis man ønsker en puréret suppe, kan man blande denne i en gryde. Hos
