Menukogning
Tiden retter sig altid efter retten med den længste simretid (f.eks. kød 40 min., kar-
tofler eller grøntsager 10 min.) Kødet (f.eks. benløse fugle) brunes på trin »lunes«,
så hældes væske til. Låg samt ventil lukkes og koges på trin kød. (30 min.) Efter
programforløb udluftes og låg åbnes. Stil siholderen og den hullede indsats i gryden
og grøntsagerne eller put kartoflerne i indsatsen. Tryk tasten grøntsager og start/
stop. Efter udløb af tiden, indstiller apparatet sig til opvarmning eller man afslutter
kogeprocessen med start/stoptasten.
Gryden bør inklusiv kød, ben, suppegnt, etc.
være fyldt op til maks. 75%, så ikke noget løber over!
For at forkorte kogetiden, så anvend varmt vand fra hanen.
Efter udløb af kogetiden, så stil ventilen med en kogeske på »udluftning«.
Udsivende damp er meget varm! Ved alle kogeprocesser åbnes låget
rst, når der ikke er nogen damp i apparatet!
Kogeforslag
Kødfond:
Trykkogetid ca. 30 min.
Supped (f.eks. læg), suppegrønt, krydderier (boullionterning - peberkorn
- laubærblad) puttes i gryde. Fyldes med varmt vand op til maks. 75 %. Låg
t på, aflås og ventil lukkes. Tryk taste soup og start/stop.
Hønsefond:
Trykkogetid ca. 30 min.
1 1/2 liter saltvand bringes til kogning på indstillingen bruning. Suppehøne (eventuel
firedeles på grund af størrelsen), krydderier og suppegrøn hældes i det kogende
vand. Som foroven beskrevet, så luk låg og aflås ventil. Soupprogrammet
udløs og tryk start/stop.
Kartoffelsuppe:
Trykkogetid ca. 10 min.
Fedt, løg, spæk puttes i den indre gryde og lunes på position bruning. Skrællede og
grovskårne rå kartofler, suppegrøn og krydderier (boulliontern, merian, eventuel
flæskesr) hældes op med varmt vand. Låg - som foroven beskrevet - lukkes og
ventil aflåses. Soupprogrammet og start/ Tryk stop.
