Maintenance and Care Instructions
•
Check that all fastening screws are securely tightened and
retighten them if necessary.
•
Check safety devices every four weeks.
•
Check the spring balancing of the door mechanism once a year.
Replacing the Filament Lamp on the Controller
•
Unplug the connector from the socket-outlet.
•
Remove screw (1), take off housing cover (2).
•
Turn filament lamp (2) anticlockwise and pull it out.
•
Fit new filament lamp (24 V, 21 W, designation BA 15 S)
and turn it clockwise until it clicks into position.
Observe safety instructions!
The sequence of operations is identical to that described in the Section
entitled „Installation“ but in reverse order. The setting procedures
described are not applicable.

Cleaning the Chains and Chain Case
•
If the chain and chain case (7) are very dirty, use a clean rag to
clean them.
•
Lubricate the chain sparingly with „conductive“ oil once a year.
Ask your specialist retailer for details of
recommended oil types.
