Voor 8 personen
Ingrediënten:
2 eieren
· kop (160 ml) melk
1 theelepel vaniIIe extract
125 gr gesmolten boter
1 kop (230 gr) suiker
2 koppen (300 gr) meel
theelepel bakpoeder
Kaneel topping:
20 gr gesmolten boter
1 eetlepel suiker
theelepel gemalen kaneel
Bereiding:
1. Verwarm de oven met circulatielucht voor op 160 °C. Vet een 20 cm Iange bak-
vorm en met bakpapier bedekken.
2. Doe de ingrednten in bovenstaande volgorde in de blenderkom. Sluit de deksel.
3. Mix alle ingrediënten op de 1/MIX stand en mix alles totdat het goed vermengd
is. Verwijder indien nodig het meel als dat aan de wand vast blijft zitten.
4. Giet het mengsel in de geprepareerde bakvorm en zet deze gedurende 50 tot
60 minuten in de oven. Controleer met een houten prikker of de cake gaar is.
5. Haal de cake uit de oven en laat deze 5 minuten afkoelen. Zet het daarna op
een rooster. Bestrijk deze met de gesmolten boter en strooi hierover het kaneel-
suiker mengsel. Voor het serveren laten afkoelen.
