Modifiez les quantités de pommes et de carottes afin

ou plus acide).

Ingrédients pour environ 2 verres:

4 petites pommes (Granny Smith)

3 carottes moyennes épluchées ou brossées

4 branches de céleri.

Placez les ingrédients à la suite dans la

centrifugeuse. Bien remuer le jus et servez sans

attendre.

Jus tomate, carotte, céleri, citron vert

Ingrédients pour environ 3 verres:

2 tomates moyennes

1 grande carotte brossée

2 branches de céleri

1 citron vert pelé.

Placez les ingrédients à la suite dans la centrifugeuse

et servez sans attendre.

Jus betterave rouge, carotte, orange

Ingrédients pour environ 2 verres:

2 carotte moyenne brossée

3 betteraves rouges brossées

4 oranges pelées.

Placez les ingrédients à la suite dans la centrifugeuse

et servez sans attendre.

Jus pomme, pêche, pamplemousse

Ingrédients pour environ 2 verres:

1 petite pomme (Delicious),

2 grandes pêches dénoyautées et coupées par la

moitié

2 pamplemousses pelés.

Placez les ingrédients à la suite dans la centrifugeuse

et servez sans attendre.

Jus pomme, poire, fraise

Ingrédients pour environ 3 verres:

1 petite pomme (Granny Smith)

3 petites poires mûres

1 tasse de fraises équeutées

Placez les ingrédients à la suite dans la centrifugeuse

et servez sans attendre.

Jus melon, menthe, mangue

Ingrédients pour environ 2 verres:

chair d'un

⁄

melon miel coupé par la moitié et

épépiné

3 branches de menthe fraîche

1 mangue pelée et dénoyautée.

Placez les ingrédients à la suite dans la centrifugeuse

et servez sans attendre.
