Honningvafl er
Til ca. 8 stk.
150 g blødt smør
3 æg
270 g mel
200 g sukker
1 tsk. bagepulver
1/4 l mælk
6 spsk. honning
1 knivspids salt
Flormelis til at drysse på.
Klap vaff eljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Rør smørret sammen med honning, æg og salt, indtil
det skummer, bland mælken i, og rør derefter mel
og bagepulver i.
Kom ca. 3 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaff eljernet. Bag hver vaff el i
ca. 3 min., indtil den er gyldenbrun.
Læg de færdige vafl er på en rist, og drys dem med
ormelis, mens de stadig er varme.
V a er med hvid chokolade
Til ca. 8 stk.
150 g blødt smør
3 æg
150 g sukker
100 g revet hvid chokolade
250 g mel
1 tsk. kanel
50 ml mælk
Klap vaff eljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Pisk smørret til skum med sukker, æg og kanel.
Tilsæt derefter mælk, hvid chokolade og mel.
Kom ca. 2 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaff eljernet. Bag hver vaff el i
ca. 3 min., indtil den er gyldenbrun.
Læg derefter de færdige vafl er på en bagerist.
Havregrynsvafl er
Til ca. 8 stk.
150 g blødt smør
130 g sukker
3 æg
100 g creme-fraiche
1 lille fl aske rom-aroma
75 g mel
75 g fi ne havregryn
Flormelis til at drysse på.
Klap vaff eljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Pisk smørret til skum med sukker, æg, creme-fraiche
og rom-aroma. Rør derefter mel og havregryn i.
Kom ca. 3 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaff eljernet. Bag hver vaff el i
ca. 3 min., indtil den er gyldenbrun.
Læg de færdige vafl er på en rist, og drys dem med
puddersukker, mens de stadig er varme.
