Grunddej
Til ca. 20 stk.
250 g margarine eller smør (blødt)
200 g sukker
2 breve vaniljesukker
5 æg
500 g mel
5 g bagepulver
400 ml mælk
Klap vaff eljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Pisk æggene og rør dem sammen med sukker og
margarine/smør til en glat dej. Tilsæt vaniljesukker
Tilsæt mel og bagepulver og rør det sammen.
Tilsæt derefter mælken lidt efter lidt under omrø-
ring, indtil dejen er glat og har en blød konsistens.
Kom ca. 3 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaff eljernet. Bag hver vaff el i
ca. 3 min., indtil den er gyldenbrun.
Læg derefter de færdige vafl er på en bagerist.
Cremefraiche-vafl er
Til ca. 8 stk.
200 g blødt smør
150 g sukker
4 æg
250 g creme-fraiche
300 g mel
100 g stivelse
Klap vaff eljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Pisk smørret sammen med sukker og æg, indtil
blandingen skummer. Bland creme-fraichen i, og
tilsæt derefter mel og stivelse.
Kom ca. 3 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaff eljernet. Bag hver vaff el i
ca. 3 min., indtil den er gyldenbrun.
Læg derefter de færdige vafl er på en bagerist.
Birkes-Amaretto-vafl er
Til ca. 8 stk.
150 g blødt smør
250 g mel
100 g marcipanråmasse
3 æg
40 g birkesblanding (kan købes færdigt)
50 g sukker
100 ml Amaretto
40 ml fl øde
Klap vaff eljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Pisk æggene og rør dem sammen med sukker og
smør til en glat dej. Tilsæt de resterende ingredienser
og bland grundigt.
Kom ca. 3 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaff eljernet. Bag hver vaff el i
ca. 3 min., indtil den er gyldenbrun.
Læg derefter de færdige vafl er på en bagerist.
Chokoladevafl er
Til ca. 8 stk.
200 g blødt smør
200 g sukker
4 æg
150 g crème-fraîche
80 g chokoladestykker
200 g mel
Klap vaff eljernet sammen, og varm det op.
