Kokosvafl er
Til ca. 8 stk.
40 g kokosmel
150 g blødt smør
180 g sukker
3 æg
250 g mel
5 g bagepulver
150 ml mælk
1 g revet citronskal
Klap vaff eljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Pisk smørret sammen med sukkeret og æggene,
indtil blandingen skummer. Rør derefter citronskal,
mel, bagepulver, kokosmel og mælk i.
Kom ca. 3 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaff eljernet. Bag hver vaff el i
ca. 3 min., indtil den er gyldenbrun.
Læg derefter de færdige vafl er på en bagerist.
Bananvafl er
Til ca. 8 stk.
150 g blødt smør
100 g sukker
3 æg
2 bananer
150 g mel
5 g bagepulver
Klap vaff eljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Skræl bananerne, og skær dem i små stykker.
Pisk smørret sammen med sukkeret og æggene,
indtil blandingen skummer. Rør derefter banan, mel
og bagepulver i.
Kom ca. 3 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaff eljernet. Bag hver vaff el i ca.
3 min., indtil den er gyldenbrun.
Læg derefter de færdige vafl er på en bagerist.
Ostevafl er
Til ca. 8 stk.
80 g blødt smør
200 g creme-fraiche
250 g mel
100 g revet parmesan
200 ml mælk
1 knivspids salt
Klap vaff eljernet sammen, og varm det op.
Rør smør, creme-fraiche, mel, parmesanost, mælk
og lidt salt til en glat dej.
Kom ca. 3 spsk. dej på midten af den nederste
bageplade, og luk vaff eljernet. Bag hver vaff el i ca.
3 min., indtil den er gyldenbrun.
Læg derefter de færdige vafl er på en bagerist.
