Aardappelpannenkoekjes
Ingrediënten:
4 aardappelen, groot, droogkokend
zout
peper
nootmuskaat, gemalen
80 g boter of margarine
Ber
eiding:
1) Was en schil de aardappels en maak er met de grove raspschijf 0 reepjes van.
2) Doe de aardappelmassa in een doek en pers er de vloeistof uit.
3) Strooi de kruiden op de aardappelmassa en meng alles door elkaar.
4) Doe met een kleine pollepel een beetje van de aardappelmassa in het hete
vet en druk het plat met de bakspaan.
5) Bak de aardappelpannenkoekjes aan beide kanten krokant.
Geschikt als bijgerecht bij vlees en wildgerechten.
Tonijnpasta
Ingrediënten:
1 blik tonijn in saus met groenten
3 el yoghurt
1 tl citroensap, vers geperst
1 snufje zout
peper uit de molen
2 hardgekookte eieren, in blokjes
Om te ser
veren:
gesneden volkorenbrood
boter om te smeren
1 hardgekookt ei, in blokjes
bieslook, gesneden
