5) Snijd de kipfilets in de lengte open en leg ze op de tomaten.
6) Leg de baconreepjes op de kipfilets.
7) Snijd de avocado in de lengte rondom open en maak hem met een draai-
beweging los van de pit. Trek de schil eraf en snijd de avocado in plakjes.
Besprenkel de avocado met het citroensap, zodat deze niet bruin kleurt. Leg
de plakjes op de panini’s.
8) Snijd de komkommer in plakjes en leg die op de avocado.
9) Bedek de panini’s met een tweede plakje brood.
10) Leg de panini voorzichtig op de grillplaat.
11) Stel met de veiligheidssluiting de gewenste afstand tussen de beide
grillplaten in en sluit het deksel.
12) Wacht tot de panini’s goudbruin zijn geroosterd en haal ze voorzichtig uit
de paninimaker.
Mosterd-baguette
1 baguette
1 teentje knoflook
50 g mosterdaugurken
40 g pecorino
1 el scherpe mosterd
2 el zoete mosterd
50 g boter
2 el verse bieslook
Zout, peper
1) Snijd de baguette met tussenruimtes van ca. 2-3 centimeter overdwars in,
maar niet door.
2) Schil de knoflook en pers hem uit, snijd de mosterdaugurken in kleine blokjes
en rasp de pecorino.
3) Vermeng de scherpe en zoete mosterd met de zachte boter, knoflook,
komkommer, pecorino en bieslook, en breng het mengsel op smaak met
zout en peper.
4) Smeer de mosterdboter in de ingesneden openingen van de baguette en
wikkel de baguette in aluminiumfolie.
5) Leg de baguettes op de op warmteniveau 3/Max voorverwarmde grill-
plaat.
