200 g (frosset eller kølet) færdig butterdej
Fyld efter ønske
2spsk mælk
Skær dejen ud i 16 kvadrater på 5 x 5 cm,
og tilsæt en teskefuld fyld med top på hver
kvadrat. Fold kvadraterne til trekanter, og
pensl kanterne med lidt vand. Pres kanterne
fast sammen med en gaffel.
Læg otte pakker i friturekurven, og pensl
dem med mælk. Skub panden inkl. friture-
kurv ind i varmluft-frituregryden. Vælg pro-
grammet for tilberedning af muffins, kager
og bagværk. Bag butterdejsappetitvækker-
ne gyldenbrune.
Bag de andre pakker på samme måde.
Servér butterdejsappetitvækkerne på et ser-
veringsfad.
Fyld
Ricotta og skinke:
Bland 50 g ricotta med 25 g fint hakket
skinke og friskkværnet peber.
Ricotta og laks:
Bland 50 g ricotta med 25 g røget laks
og 1 spiseskefuld finthakket purløg.
Ost og forårsløg:
Bland 75 g revet ost (Gouda, Cheddar
eller Greyerzer) med tyndt skårne for-
årsløg.
Rejer og dild:
Bland 75 g hakkede lyserøde rejer med
1 spiseskefuld finthakket dild og en
½ spiseskefuld citronsaft.
Spansk peberfrugt og salami:
Bland 50 g salami skåret i strimler med
en halv rød spansk peberfrugt skåret i
små terninger og 1 spiseskefuld finthak-
ket, frisk oregano.
Æble og kanel:
Bland et halvt æble skåret i små stykker
med ½ spiseskefuld sukker, 1 teskefuld
revet appelsinskal og 1 teskefuld kanel.
Pikante kyllingeunderlår med
grillmarinade
1 fed hvidløg, knust
½spsk sennep
2tsk brun farin
1tsk chilipulver
Friskkværnet sort peber
1 spsk olivenolie
1knsp salt
4 kyllingeunderlår
Bland hvidløg med sennep, brun farin, chili-
pulver, en knivspids salt og friskkværnet pe-
ber. Vend olien i blandingen.
Pensl kyllingelårene fuldstændigt ind med
marinaden, og lad dem trække i 20minut-
ter.
Læg kyllingelårene i friturekurven. Skub pan-
den inkl. friturekurv ind i varmluft-frituregry-
den. Vælg programmet for tilberedning af
fjerkræstykker, og start det. Vend kyllingel-
årene efter ca. 10 minutter. Steg kyllingel-
årene i yderligere 10 minutter, indtil de er
møre.
