Pil hvidløget, og snit det fint. Skyl chilipebe-
ren, rens den for kerner, og snit den til slut
tilsvarende fint. Steg hvidløget og chilipebe-
ren let i en pande med olie. Bland nu olie,
citronsaft, salt og peber i en skål.
Skyl rejerne, og dup dem tørre med køkken-
rulle. Tag derefter træspyddene, og placer
fire rejer på hvert spyd. Læg spyddene i en
skål, og lad oliemarinaden dryppe over
dem. Stil spyddene i køleskabet i to timer.
Vend spyddene, når halvdelen af tiden er
gået.
Steg spyddene i friturekurven i ca. 10minut-
ter.
Servér spyddene på tallerkener, og anret
dem med et stænk citronsaft.
Grillet laks
Til 4 portioner
500 g laksefilet
4spsk sojasauce
3 spsk brun farin
3spsk vand
3 spsk vegetabilsk olie
Citronpeber
Hvidløgspulver
Salt
Krydr laksefileten med citronpeber, hvidløg-
spulver og salt.
Omrør sojasaucen med den brune farin,
vandet og den vegetabilske olie, indtil fari-
nen opløses, i en lille skål. Placér fisken i en
lynlåspose, tilsæt skålens indhold, luk po-
sen, og vend den flere gange, så fisken
dækkes helt af marinade. Lad fisken og ma-
rinaden trække i køleskabet i to timer.
Tag laksen ud af posen, placér den i friture-
kurven, og indsæt panden i varmluft-friture-
gryden. Steg laksen ved 180 °C i ca.
15minutter på programmet for tilberedning
af fisk.
Servér laksen med frisk baguette eller ris.
