Cóctel de melón
2 personas
Ingredientes
1/2 melón
3 zanahorias
1 manzana
1 par de gotas de aceite de girasol
Preparación
1. Preparar el melón, las zanahorias y la manzana
siguiendo las indicaciones contenidas en las ins-
trucciones del exprimidor.
2. Extraer primero el jugo del melón y luego de las
zanahorias y la manzana.
3. Añadir un poco de aceite de girasol y mezclarlo
todo.
Zumo de vitamina C
2 personas
Ingredientes
3 kiwis
3 zanahorias
1 manzana
1 naranja
2 cucharaditas de aceite de germen de trigo
Preparación
1. Preparar los kiwis, las zanahorias, la naranja y
la manzana siguiendo las indicaciones contenidas
en las instrucciones del exprimidor.
2. Extraer primero el jugo de los kiwis y luego de
la naranja, las zanahorias y la manzana con el
exprimidor.
3. Añadir 2 cucharaditas de aceite de germen de
trigo y mezclarlo todo.
Zumo de piña y plátano
2 personas
Ingredientes
1/2 piña
1/2 mango
1 manzana
1 naranja
2 cucharaditas de aceite de germen de trigo
Preparación
1. Preparar las frutas siguiendo las indicaciones
contenidas en las instrucciones del exprimidor.
2. Extraer primero el jugo de la piña y luego del
mango.
3. Extraer el jugo de la manzana y la naranja.
4. Mezclar los jugos.
5. Añadir 2 cucharaditas de aceite de germen de
trigo y mezclarlo todo.
Zumo de mango, vainilla y soja
3 - 4 personas
Ingredientes
1/2 mango
2 zanahorias
1 manzana
1 naranja
Aprox. 200 ml de leche de soja sabor vainilla
Preparación
1. Preparar las frutas siguiendo las indicaciones
contenidas en las instrucciones del exprimidor.
2. Extraer primero el jugo de las zanahorias y luego
de la manzana.
3. Extraer el jugo de la naranja.
4. Pelar el mango y cortarlo en trocitos.
5. Mezclar los jugos y añadir los trocitos de mango.
6. Triturarlo todo con una batidora.
7. Por último, añadir la leche de soja con sabor
vainilla y volver a mezclarlo todo bien.
