Zumo de manzana y zanahoria con
yogur
2 personas
Ingredientes
4 zanahorias
1 manzana
1 naranja
125 g de yogur
Preparación
1. Preparar las frutas siguiendo las indicaciones
contenidas en las instrucciones del exprimidor.
2. Extraer el jugo de las zanahorias, la manzana
y la naranja.
3. Mezclar los jugos obtenidos y removerlos con el
yogur debajo.
Zumo de calabaza
2 personas
Ingredientes
150 g de carne de calabaza de Hokkaido
2 zanahorias grandes
1 pera
Un poco de agua (si fuera necesario)
Preparación
1. Preparar las frutas siguiendo las indicaciones
contenidas en las instrucciones del exprimidor.
2. Rehogar la carne de calabaza de Hokkaido
durante aproximadamente 10 minutos en una
pequeña cazuela con un poco de agua y dejarla
enfriar.
3. Extraer el jugo de las zanahorias y la pera con
el exprimido.
4. Añadir el zumo de zanahoria y pera junto con
la carne de calabaza en un recipiente grande
y mezclarlo todo con una batidora.
5. Si la bebida es demasiado espesa, añadir un
poco de agua.
Cóctel de arándanos
2 personas
Ingredientes
1 puñado de arándanos
3 zanahorias
1 pera
1 manzana
1 naranja
Preparación
1. Preparar la naranja, la pera, la manzana y las
zanahorias siguiendo las indicaciones contenidas
en las instrucciones del exprimidor.
2. Extraer el jugo de la naranja, la pera, la manzana
y las zanahorias con el exprimidor.
3. Añadirlo todo junto con los arándanos en un
recipiente de mezcla alto.
4. Triturar los ingredientes.
Zumo de desayuno

Ingredientes
4-5 zanahorias
2 manzanas
1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva
Preparación
1. Preparar las zanahorias y las manzanas siguiendo
las indicaciones contenidas en las instrucciones
del exprimidor.
2. Extraer primero el jugo de las zanahorias y luego
de las manzanas.
3. Añadir el aceite de oliva.
4. Mezclarlo todo bien.
