Instruções:
Descasque e corte as peras em metades e
remova o centro.
Parta o chocolate em pedaços e coloque na

Instruções:
Corte o alho francês ao meio (ao comprido) e

aprox. 5 - 7 minutos usando o programa de
vegetais

fiambre e coloque-os numa travessa untada.
Prepare um molho leve feito com manteiga e
farinha (roux), assim como os vegetais e adicione
o queijo macio.
Tempere a gosto. Despeje o molho sobre os
pinwheels de alho francês e fiambre e coza a
200°C durante aprox. 20 minutos no forno.
Bifes de frango e baunilha com
cenouras caramelizadas com mel

Ingredientes:
2 Bifes de frango, sem pele
(cerca de 300 g)
1/2 Vagem de baunilha, cortada ao meio
(ao comprido)

sopa Óleo de grainha de uva
16 Cenouras baby descascadas
2 col.
sopa. Manteiga
3 col.
sopa Mel
1 pitada de sal
Pimenta preta, moída
Instruções:
Coloque o bife de frango com o óleo, a vagem
de baunilha e a pimenta num saco e deixe
marinar durante pelo menos 2 horas. Marinar
também as 8 cenouras com 1 col. chá de
manteiga e 1,5 col. sopa de mel.
Cozinhe o frango a vapor no programa de aves

durante aprox. 10 minutos. Tire-o do saco e
frite-o numa frigideira pré-aquecida. Depois
tempere com sal.
Cozinhe as cenouras a vapor no programa de
vegetais

durante aprox. 20 minutos. Em
seguida, coloque-as numa frigideira pré-
aquecida e frite até o mel caramelizar. Sal e
pimenta a gosto.
Acompanhamento: Cuscuz ou polenta
